For families who want a simple, nature-filled birthday gathering surrounded by flowers, animals, and open-air childhood magic. Celebrate your child’s birthday on the farm with space to play, explore, gather, and connect with nature.

Package Details

$325 ($50 off for summer bookingS, normally $375) Includes a 2.5-hour rental window

Your party includes:

  • Up to 40 guests total
  • Parking for approximately 15 vehicles
  • Outdoor farm setting with open play and exploration space
  • Access to our mud cafe, climbing structures, teepees, water table, and natural materials
  • Picnic-style gathering areas
  • Portable restroom access
  • Staff support throughout the event




Our staff will help facilitate light farm experiences throughout your gathering, including:

  • Feeding the chickens
  • Visits with the lambs beginning mid June 2026
  • Simple farm tours as desired
  • Nature-based play invitations




Hosts are responsible for:

  • Decorations
  • Food and drinks
  • Set up and break down
  • Trash cleanup
  • Supervising children throughout the event
  • We ask that families leave the space as they found it so we can continue offering gatherings in a low-impact, community-centered way.





Parties are entirely outdoors and weather-dependent. We do have an indoor flower studio available for storing items, including limited fridge access.

To preserve the peaceful nature of the farm, we recommend simple, nature-inspired gatherings. No amplified music or large inflatables, please.

Because Poppy is a working farm, some areas may remain restricted during your event.





Families may choose to add seasonal activities such as:

  • Bouquet bar activity
  • Flower crown station
  • Nature craft table
  • Picnic tables and linen setup
  • Seasonal flower favors
  • Mini watercolor or planting activity

Two things are true.

instead it is constantly changing and evolving as we move through seasons and sometimes overlapping emotions of grief.

Grief is not linear,

inside of a person’s body or mind is just as valid and worthy of being processed and honored.

Ambiguous and invisible grief experienced

because trauma is not the external event, rather the internal impact it has on you.

there is no heirarchy within grief

grief is love turned inside out and something you will always carry with you.

Grief is not something to “heal” or get rid of

carry the wisdom to heal generations and become our modern day healers.

humans with well integrated & processed grief

in spaces that normally only allow for light.
