We’ll begin the morning with a 60-minute gentle yoga flow led outside on the farm by Sarah St. John, E-RYT 200. With over 15 years of teaching experience, Sarah’s classes are accessible, heart-centered, and deeply grounding. Her background spans hot yoga, power, yin, slow flow, and vinyasa. She has taught in studios across Detroit, Chicago, metro Denver, and online, led yoga teacher trainings in Colorado, and even taught abroad with the Africa Yoga Project in Kenya.
After yoga, you’ll head into our onsite floral studio to create your own bouquet using seasonal blooms grown right here at Poppy. We’ll guide you through two unique bouquet styles to choose from—a classic handheld spiral and a foraged, looser style arranged in a wide-mouthed mason jar—so you can explore your creativity and leave with something that feels like you.
